1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unwritten, and undamaged
The product is returned in its original packaging
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted if:
The notebook or diary has been written in or used
The product is damaged due to customer mishandling
The return request is raised after the return window
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
Clear images of the product
Order details
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
6. Important Notes
Slight variations in cover design, color, or print are normal and do not qualify as defects
Handmade or printed design products may have minor variations, which are part of their uniqueness
